Q. Are your products covered by a warranty?
Yes, for all products with manufacturers warranties, we are authorised to carry out replacements and refunds in the event of a warranty issue. Many other internet shops DO NOT offer this service.

Q. I'm not sure what sizes to order, what do I do?
While we try and provide you with a sizing chart wherever possible, first time buyers may not know the exact size to choose. We recommend you talk to us in person so we can advise you on the best size. Ring 0161 928 0275 and we'll be glad to help.

Q. Do you ship to Europe?
Yes, we can arrange for your orders to be shipped to Europe. Unfortunately, we do not speak any other languages, so it would be helpful if you contact us in English. To receive a price quote on products to Europe email us on europe@americansportsuk.co.uk

Q. Do you always have items in stock?
Unlike a lot of online shops, we are a full stockist and supplier of all the items shown on this website. Nearly all items are in stock all of the time but in the event of an item not being immediately available, we will give you an estimated date when the item will. Again, we would be glad to hear from you if you want to check if an item is in stock before you order.

Q. How is shipping calculated and what are the shipping rates?
Shipping is calculated on the size of items on the order. We use Royal Mail for small to medium items (accessories and boots etc) and AMTRAK for larger or heavy items (full team kits, helmets, etc). All orders are shipped within 48 hours of payment and are fully insured. To get a quote on shipping please call us on 0161 928 0275 and we'd be glad to help.

Q. When can I expect delivery of my order?
If all items are in stock or you have checked with us beforehand, all items on an order which are in stock will be despached the same day after receiving cleared payment. In the unlikely event of your items not being in stock, we will attempt to notify you should their be a significant delay (more than 28days). If you have checked with us beforehand and the item was in stock we offer a full refund for that item should we not be able to send it.

Q. Do you have a retail store?
No, not an actual shop you can come in and browse. If you would like to arange to come and collect a product, you will need to ring us on 0161 928 0275 to make an appointment.
