Pricing
- Prices subject to change without notice.
- All sales are subject to VAT at 17.5% and all products prices shown on this site include VAT.
- All prices are in UK pounds sterling.
Ordering
- We accept most major credit and debit cards through the online store.
- Full payment will be taken and must clear before your order is shipped.
- Please use the name and address of the cardholder ONLY, otherwise your order may be delayed!!
- Availability in the web shop is limited to standard sizes and colours, although other sizes and colours may be ordered via phone or fax.
- The customer accepts full responsibility for ordering the correct product including all sizes and colour combinations
- The customer will be charged a 15% handling and restocking fee for amending or returning items.
- We will endeavour to contact the customer in the event of an item which is out of stock or awaiting restock (the customer is advised to ring to check stock availability before ordering).
- Customers wishing to check order status should phone us directly and not use email to notify us of non or late delivery. The customer remains responsible for correct notification to us of a non or late delivered order.
Delivery
- American Sports UK will choose the most suitable delivery method according to the product and this method may be amended without notice
- For deliveries through Interlink(delivery cost of £10), customers are advised to ring and confirm they will be able to receive goods on either the next working day or another arranged delivery date
- All goods are shipped fully insured.
Product Use and Limitation of Liability
- The customer accepts full responsibility for all loss, injury or death through inproper use of any products purchased through Taylor Enterprises trading as "American Sports".
- Neither Taylor Enterprises trading as "American Sports" nor any of its directors, employees or other representatives will be liable for loss, injury or death through use or advice of its products.
Product Warranty
- We offer full manufacturers warranty on all damaged or sub standard goods within 14 days of purchase and receipt of order.
- The customer must contact us in writing for all warranty claims at the registered company address.
